Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
Welcome to CrawlMe. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrawlMe website, platform, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using CrawlMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. About CrawlMe
CrawlMe is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated URL processing and indexing-related infrastructure for SEO professionals, agencies, publishers, and website owners.
CrawlMe may be used to process URLs associated with guest posts, parasite posts, backlinks, HTML links, PDF links, XML links, and other publicly accessible web resources.
CrawlMe provides infrastructure and processing tools. We do not guarantee that any submitted URL will be crawled, indexed, ranked, or displayed by Google or any other search engine.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use CrawlMe.
By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
If you are using CrawlMe on behalf of a company, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Your Account
You may need to create an account to access certain CrawlMe features.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and current account information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity performed through your account
Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised
You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your CrawlMe account to another person in a manner that violates your plan or these Terms.
4. Credits and Usage
CrawlMe may use a credit-based system to measure usage of the Service.
Credits purchased through CrawlMe are digital service units and do not represent cash, stored monetary value, or ownership of any part of CrawlMe.
Unless otherwise stated, credits:
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts
Cannot be resold
Do not constitute a financial balance
May be subject to expiration or other restrictions where explicitly stated at the time of purchase
Promotional, bonus, referral, complimentary, or test credits may have additional restrictions and have no cash value.
5. URL Submissions
You are responsible for every URL, domain, file, or other resource you submit through CrawlMe.
By submitting a URL, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, authorization, or legitimate purpose to submit and process that URL through the Service.
You must not use CrawlMe to process URLs that:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights
Contain malware, malicious code, or harmful software
Facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, or other deceptive activities
Attempt to exploit or disrupt CrawlMe or third-party infrastructure
Contain illegal or otherwise prohibited content
CrawlMe reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove submissions that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create a security, legal, or operational risk.
6. Search Engine Indexing
CrawlMe provides tools and infrastructure intended to facilitate URL discovery and indexing-related workflows. However, search engines independently determine whether, when, and how a URL is crawled or indexed.
Accordingly, CrawlMe makes no guarantee regarding:
Google indexing
Indexing by Bing or other search engines
Crawl frequency
Search engine rankings
Search visibility
Traffic or conversions
SEO performance
Purchasing credits or submitting a URL does not guarantee that the URL will become indexed or achieve any particular SEO result.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use CrawlMe to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Bypass usage limits, credit restrictions, or security mechanisms
Use automated methods to abuse or overload the CrawlMe infrastructure
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or networks
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
Resell or redistribute CrawlMe access without authorization
Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or unlawful purposes
Submit URLs or content that you do not have permission to process
8. Payments
Certain features of CrawlMe require payment.
By purchasing a plan or credits, you authorize CrawlMe or its applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that your payment method is authorized for the transaction.
Prices, plans, credit amounts, and available payment methods may change from time to time. Changes will generally apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, eligibility for refunds depends on the applicable refund conditions, including the credit usage and time limits described in our Refund Policy.
10. Service Availability
We work to keep CrawlMe available and operational, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, infrastructure failures, third-party services, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Third-Party Services
CrawlMe may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting providers, payment processors, APIs, networks, search engines, and other external services.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, limitations, actions, or failures of third-party services that may affect CrawlMe or the results of URL processing.
Search engines, including Google, independently control their crawling, indexing, ranking, and search systems. CrawlMe has no control over those systems.
12. Intellectual Property
The CrawlMe website, software, interface, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to CrawlMe and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publish, or create derivative works from CrawlMe's proprietary materials without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of content and URLs that you submit to CrawlMe, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the Service.
13. License to Process Submitted Data
By submitting URLs or other information to CrawlMe, you grant CrawlMe a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, process, transmit, store, and otherwise use that information as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
This license does not transfer ownership of your submitted content or URLs to CrawlMe.
14. Privacy
Your use of CrawlMe is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

You attempted to circumvent our systems or usage restrictions
Your payment was fraudulent, reversed, or otherwise invalid
Termination is necessary to comply with applicable law
We may also discontinue or materially modify the Service at any time, subject to applicable law.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrawlMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every user's requirements or that it will operate without interruption, errors, delays, or defects.
We specifically disclaim warranties relating to search engine indexing, rankings, traffic, SEO results, availability, accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrawlMe and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, traffic, rankings, business opportunities, data, or anticipated savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrawlMe's total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to CrawlMe for the Service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CrawlMe and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the Service
Your submitted URLs or content
Your violation of another person's rights
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to CrawlMe, our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When changes are made, we may update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of CrawlMe after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CrawlMe is legally established, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
