CrawlMe credits are intended for use with the account that purchased them and cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts. You can become a Reseller to resell credits.

You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the requirements in our Refund Policy.

Generally, refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of payment and the transaction must have used 50 or fewer credits.
